If you only want a newspaper it is ridiculous to pay £1.50 to park when you use a car to go a mile to the shops at 80 years old.Even to get a bus there it is a half a mile walk to the stop. So I think that the first 20 mins should be free.

It’s quite obvious this council wishes to close all towns, then support places like Lidl, Sainsbury and of course Lakeside. Typical council short sightedness, they can’t see or think too far into the future to see the damage these decisions make.

Typical, the country is on its knees, people choosing between eating and heating, shops and business closing due to higher energy bills and other rising costs, and all the council can think of is to screw more out of people. Makle the poor poorer is the only thing they seem to know this govermment and their cronies.

Probably will not be using Hilldene shopping centre so much in future, and £1.50 is an absolute disgrace for such a short time
