					<description><![CDATA[I fully agree with the above comment. The system at present works very well. Unfortunately this is a classic symptom of a labour led council. They cut refuse collection. Provide expensive unsightly wheelie bins which blight the neighbourhood and waste any cost savings (if any) on silly vanity projects.

Lets keep fight to keeps things as they are.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[We are opposed to the Council&#039;s proposal to change the refuse collection to fortnightly.

The weekly collection system that exists presently is excellent and our refuse collectors are to be complemented on their efficiency. 
The system we have works extremely well - why change it?

We really don&#039;t want our gardens to have to accommodate a selection of bins, which are very evident in other areas which have implemented a fortnightly collection system.

Our concern also, is that with the passage of time, the council will implement a charge for supplying these various bins. 
Also that, that despite best efforts, there will inevitably be unpleasant odours, especially in very hot weather.]]></description>
