Easter with the FIG Playgroup

On Tuesday 22nd March FIG Playgroup children enjoyed showing off their Easter Bonnets to their parents and the Mayor of Havering, Brian Eagling. For the last few weeks parents have enjoyed coming into the playgroup to make the bonnets with their children. The children paraded in their bonnets and sang some Easter songs. They were then presented with a certificate from the Mayor for taking part.

The FIG Playgroup is provided by The Family Information Group (FIG) in Taunton Road, Harold Hill. FIG is a registered charity which provides a playgroup for 2-4 year old local children, including children with additional needs, and a summer playscheme for disabled children aged 5-18 years old during the school summer holiday.
