M25 junction 28 improvement scheme – update on consultation
We last contacted you in January this year to update you on the progress of the road improvement scheme on the M25 at junction 28.
Our earlier consultation (14 November 2016 to 6 January 2017) led to our preferred route announcement (Option 5F) in August 2017. At this time we shared with you the results and information on how we came to decide on the preferred route.
The next stage in the process was to hold a second consultation which we had hoped to have begun in early 2018. However, we decided to postpone this consultation to allow further development work on the design taking into account all the key considerations.
This process is nearly complete and we will be able to provide you with the dates of the 6 week consultation period before August 2018 and how you can get involved.
