Petanque Court OpeningWe were delighted to attend the Grand opening of Havering’s very first Pertanque Court at Harold Wood Park on Saturday 13thApril. This wonderful new facility was officially opened by the Mayor of Havering and it was good to see many residents and our local Police Team in attendance. Our special thanks go out to the Friends of Harold Wood Park committee members for all their time and efforts in making this new venture possible. Petanque, is a game that can be enjoyed and played by all of the family, so we certainly hope to see many families and friends taking part in this wonderful new activity in the Harold Wood Park. Two sets of Boules were kindly donated by Harold Wood Funeral Services.
