We have received the below from the Council in relation to the renewal of parking permits.
Dear Councillors,
Normally applying for and renewing Parking Permits is an online only process whilst those customers without access to a PC and family / friends to assist are directed to the Public Advice & Service Centre in Romford where online assistance is available.
Unfortunately owing to the PASC being closed this face to face online assistance is currently unavailable, however if customers telephone our main switchboard on 01708 – 434343, selecting option 9 to speak to one of our advisors they will then be routed to a specialist advisor to assist with their online parking permit renewal.
In addition we do have a paper application, see attached, which we can either be printed off or posted to customers for them to complete and return with their relevant supporting documentation. We are also arranging for these paper applications to be distributed to our libraries, should customers wish to collect an application from there.

Permit parking renewals
From Monday, 13 July, parking enforcement was brought back by the Council for business and resident bays in Havering. Current permit holders will receive a three-month extension from this date.
