Have you ever wanted to try the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi? Tai Chi is good for relaxation, posture and balance amongst others.
I have been practicing Tai Chi for over 30 years with a Master.
Classes open to all levels from complete beginner to advanced. Loose clothing and soft sole shoes recommended. The class will start with simple exercises, then go on to teaching the short form which is the basis of Tai Chi.
Cost is £13 per lesson or block of 4 for £40.

I am 75 years old and have poor balance – can’t stand on one leg. Is it any good for me?
