We have been informed by the Council of an important development in connection with Array and the appeal that has been submitted in connection with the decision of the Council Licensing Committee. Array has approached the council (via their Legal Representative) with a compromise offer which if agreed by the Council, would negate the need for the appeal hearing to proceed at Court. After very careful consideration, the Council has taken the decision to accept the offer which has been made. This means that the Court hearing that was scheduled will either be vacated or the hearing will be converted to a case management one.
