The Friends of Harold wood parks would like to gain funding for a new water fountain in Harold Wood park, but we need your support / help.
This drinking fountain would be dual use for people and their pets (mainly dogs).
Benefits
– encourage the drinking of water to all
– reduce plastic waste and encourage the use of refillable bottles to the thousands of children and adults who use our park for sporting activities
– help safeguard animals especially during summer
In order to gain external funding we need to show evidence that this has gone to a public consultation and we have a large number of positive comments in favour of this project.
You can help this project receive its funding in the following ways :-
– comment positively on one of the Friends groups posts
– email our parks representative via Taylor.Smyth-Richards@havering.gov.uk
– sign one of the paper versions of the consultation
Please forward to friends / family / users of the park – more support we get the more likely we will receive funding.
