Moto has asked Brentwood Borough Council for outline planning permission which, if granted, will allow Moto to build two motorway service stations on the M25, north of Chequers Road and south of Horseman Side, Navestock. If permission is granted, these service stations would be in the Green Belt. They’ll also have local entry and exit points on Horseman Side and in Chequer’s Road, which are likely to increase traffic in local roads.
There is an attached letter for residents to object to this planning application to Brentwood Council and residents can use any of the wording in the letter.
