Despite many requests, we are still waiting for MTR Crossrail to provide an update on the opening of Harold Wood Station Ticket Hall. This ongoing saga just continues to run and run and we do not see when this will be completed. This is so frustrating for

Redden Court School, Harold Wood, has been awarded a national award for careers education and is the first in the borough and 1 of only 1,110 in the nation to have received or started to work towards it. Over 200 people attended the remembrance day service at the new Memorial outside Harold Wood Library. In attendance were local Councillors, The British legion – Harold Wood Branch, Hornchurch and Upminster Sea Cadets, St Peter’s Church, Major Purvez Bhadruddin and Corporal Dave Treslove, 4th Battalion Parachute Regiment.

We held our 3rd Annual 5 mile charity race on Sunday 7th October, it was a beautiful Autumn day and Sir Trevor Brooking started the race for us.  We had a field of 190 runners on the day and we received amazing feedback and we raised in total £4,000
